Founded by board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner M. Victoria Tellez Alvarez, our clinic offers integrative mental health services through secure, flexible telehealth and soon, in-person care.

We offer targeted screenings and validated diagnostic tools, including ADHD evaluations and ADOS assessments for Autism Spectrum Disorder (now available). Our team addresses a wide range of conditions including Neurodevelopmental Disorders, Mood Disorders, Anxiety Disorders, Trauma-Related Disorders, and Substance Use Disorders. We also provide detox support as part of our holistic, whole-person psychiatric care model.
